The brief
This contemporary coastal residence is designed to celebrate the outdoor lifestyle while maintaining a sophisticated architectural presence. The project features premium silver-toned natural stone that harmonizes with the vibrant tropical surroundings and the azure waters of the pool.
The design focuses on open volumes and textural continuity, ensuring that the stone surfaces lead the eye from the interior out to the poolside, creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury and calm.
Scope of Work
Complete supply and outdoor-grade fabrication of silver natural stone for the villa’s exterior facades, pool deck, and integrated landscaping elements. Our role included meticulous stone selection for weather resistance and slip-safety, precision cutting of large-format panels, and ensuring a flawless transition between the architectural cladding and the custom stonework of the pool area.

The villa’s facade acts as a canvas for the natural movement found within the stone. Each panel is strategically placed to highlight its unique grain and silver-grey hues, which evolve beautifully under the shifting tropical sun. By combining these rich natural textures with clean architectural lines, the residence achieves a balanced aesthetic that is both modern and deeply connected to its natural environment.
