The brief
This contemporary private villa is a masterclass in modern masonry, where monolithic stone volumes meet refined architectural detailing. The design language focuses on clean horizontal lines and bold stacked forms, using premium natural stone to create a sense of grounded luxury and environmental harmony. The project was envisioned as a private retreat that balances privacy with open-air living, using the natural variations of the stone to add warmth and character to its sleek, minimalist facade.
Scope of Work
Comprehensive supply and fabrication of natural stone for the villa’s multi-layered exterior cladding. Our role included precision-cut stone panels, custom-milled geometric inserts, and ensuring perfect tonal consistency across large-scale surfaces. We worked in close coordination with the architectural team to execute the complex stacked arrangements and recessed lighting details integrated into the stone facade.

The villa’s exterior is an exploration of material contrast, where the raw elegance of natural stone is punctuated by precise geometric carvings and rhythmic paneling.
